How should I prepare for my skin treatment?

A detailed email is sent at the time of scheduling your appointment with a list of what to do and not do prior to your treatment. We ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment and sit in the waiting area near Door C.

What if I need to reschedule my appointment?

We require 48 hours notice to reschedule any facial treatment to avoid a 100% cancellation fee. Virtual and in-person consultations are no eligible for rescheduling, or a refund.

What if I am no longer able to attend my in-person or virtual consultation?

Consultations are pre-paid and are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

If I order a product online does it get shipped to me or do I need to pick it up?

All products are eligible for shipping. In-studio products are limited, however they are available for pickup if our website lists in-store pick up as an option.

How do I schedule my complimentary follow up consultation?

Complimentary follow up consultation appointments are highly recommended and will be scheduled by your Aesthetician after the initial consultation. All complimentary consults are via FaceTime or Zoom.
